Mike has a rich and diverse experience in sports education, which he has gained over 17 years in this sphere. That includes working as a tutor at La Masia and manager at the FC Barcelona Soccer Schools, among others. Mike joined Football for Friendship in 2017 and has been an Ambassador and a prominent participant of the programme since.

Carmen is the Director of Las Súper Poderosas Sports Magazine, organizes and prepares all the projects at Las Súper Poderosas academy. Since 2019 the academy fully implemented F4F values to have champions on and off the field, Las Súper Poderosas academy is the winner of 2020 International Football for Friendship Award.
Pablo used to be the President of Youth Football and Scouting at Club Atlético Peñarol and a Member of the Executive Board.
With over 10 years of experience in football, Pablo is a distinguished expert in sports and education. Pablo joined F4F in 2017 when he headed Uruguay’s delegation. Ever since, he has been an Ambassador of F4F and participated in every season of the programme sharing his invaluable expertise with others.
Gulhan is the first child advocate in Turkey and a pioneer in the field of Child Protection. Currently she is The Head of Safeguarding in The Turkish Football Federation and also an advisor on child protection in many schools, foundations and sports organizations. After being invited to the Turkish Football federation in 2014, she started the first ever Safeguarding Department in Turkey for children in sports. Gulhan has trained players, national team coaches, club directors and even parents. UEFA and FİFA launched their Safeguarding department and she has contributed by passing on experiences in football. Gulhan collaborates with Football for Friendship programme as a believer of all the programme values for football in Turkey.
